No time for cleaning? How about having your apartment cleaned by our cleaning service.
Simply announce the cleaning via i Live-app or directly tell our community manager, and we will arrange an appointment with our cleaning service.
Live together, learn together and enjoy life – we want your time at i Live to be unforgettable, therefore we developed an App which makes it even easier to connect in the community and to use our services.

We are family. And everyone is welcome! Learning, chilling and enjoying the sun - that's much more fun together. Therefore, you can find many great community areas in the i Live Campus Living Aachen, which you can use with the other tenants: A lounge, a fitness room, cool roof terraces and more.
In the community room you can cook together, organize movie nights or have a table soccer match.

Doing sports without leaving the house? No problem! With the sports equipment in our own fitness room you can really burn off energy with your personal fitness program.
Urban Beekeeping
Visit our beehive and watch how the bee population develops. Be there when honey is harvested and learn more about those unique animals. In summer you can watch the beekeeper do his work every two week. You will receive more information on that from the community manager.

We offer accommodation not only for you but also for your bike.
In our underground car park we have numerous bicycle parking spaces to keep your bike safe and dry.
